A three-week educational visit (from June 8, 2024 to June 28, 2024)
experiencing Christian church youth work and the life in the USA
Eligibility: Students of LAMS (Lutheran Academy Martin Slovakia; Evanjelické gymnázium v Martine) who are 16 in May 2023 and who attend either the second or third grades in the school year 2023/2024

Responsibilities:
- The partner churches
- Room and board in families
- Air fare
- Experiencing and training in church youth work
- Trips
- Student’s Family
- Transportation between Martin and Vienna/Budapest/Krakow airport
- ESTA Application Fees ($14)
- Spending money
- Travel and health insurance (from 50€ to 120€)
- Student
- Final exams from all the school subjects before the departure to the USA
Application documents:
- Application Form (the form includes recommendations, the student’s picture, medical information, and student health form)
- Motivation letter in English (Maximum one A4 page MS Word document describing the applicant’s motivation)
- Copies of academic transcripts from the previous school years at LAMS (high school level)
